It connects people, knowledge, technologies, resources and territories to enable projects addressing real-world needs to emerge, develop, connect and be experimented with.
The ecosystem is not built around a single sector. It creates connections across fields often treated separately: water and essential resources, humanitarian action, education, technology, cybersecurity, territories, anticipation, governance and regenerative systems.

Skills, resources and knowledge do not need to be concentrated within a single structure in order to work together.
Instead, ECOSYSTEM VLG World enables different actors to connect, cooperate, experiment and build together, while retaining their identity, autonomy and areas of expertise.
The objective is not simply to enable projects to emerge. It is to create the conditions through which people, communities and territories can develop capabilities that can be mobilised in the real world — while allowing the ecosystem itself to learn and evolve.
